Meet Our Professionals:

Warren Fine, founded the Firm in 1980, and is a Partner. Warren graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from Washington University and was licensed by the State of Missouri as a CPA in 1963.  He has also earned a Master of Science in Commerce from Saint Louis University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Fontbonne College.  Prior to founding Fine & Associates, he served as a Manager at several public accounting firms located in the Greater St. Louis area.

Warren has served as an adjunct Professor of Accounting, in income taxes, and finance at the University of Missouri at Saint Louis and Lindenwood Colleges, located in Saint Charles, Missouri.  He has also served as a Tax Lecturer at the University of Missouri and has served as a professional expert witness on several court cases.

Warren’s professional associations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce.                 

David has been in the field of public accounting and with Fine & Associates since 1997. David works in a variety of areas, including individual and business tax compliance, small business accounting, and audits, reviews, and compilaitons for small businesses, not-for-profits, and municipalities. In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with family and playing golf.
